APAC COE's Interactive Journey with ACCA Students

On November 13, 2024, the APAC COE team was delighted to host a group of ACCA students for an insightful company tour.

Upon their arrival, the students were warmly welcomed in our lobby, where they were immediately immersed in the company's vibrant atmosphere and dynamic spirit.

A key highlight of the visit was the presentation by our People Team, who shared valuable insights into our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) included our Employee Promise to "Potential Unleashed," "Connections That Power Progression," and "Shaping The Future." The presentation ignited a lively discussion, with students actively engaging by sharing their thoughts and impressions about the EVP. Their fresh perspectives and thoughtful questions were inspiring, reflecting a keen interest in career development and workplace culture.

To further enhance their experience, we invited one of our seasoned ACCA colleagues to participate in an Experience Sharing segment. Our colleague's anecdotes and advice resonated deeply with the students, providing them with practical insights into applying their academic knowledge in a professional setting. This interaction not only bridged the gap between theory and practice but also shed light on potential career paths and growth opportunities within our organization.
